Dennis Quimby, Vice President, (and President, Castle Shipping Lines) has been in the transportation industry since 2001. He has successfully navigated both sides of the transportation transaction, having bought and sold transportation and logistical services for over two decades. Throughout his career, he has been involved in all facets of the logistical operational process, from brokering domestic trucks and railcars to implementation of large scale, multi-million dollar software operating systems. He has been instrumental in the authoring and development of KPI’s, business intelligence and analytics. In 2016, Dennis and longtime colleague Blake Bina joined forces with John Andrusko (retired) of Professional Export Services.
Dennis is a graduate of the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
On those frigid Friday and Saturday Minneapolis winter nights, Dennis, his wife and two daughters can often be found at Mariucci Arena cheering on his alma mater, the Minnesota Gophers, to their next national title!
